KENKO Investment for Health (KIH) is an initiative to view employee health as a management strategy and put it into practice.
Through the Expo 2025, we will introduce its philosophy and spread in Japan and touch on trends in new healthcare services and overseas expansion.
With practical examples for improving organizational value and sustainable growth, we will convey the present situation and future of KIH.

【Reflection】
Through the program, we introduced an overview of KENKO Investment for Health(KIH), one of the most important elements to tackle “Work Engagement”, and examples of practical approaches.
We were able to introduce that health management has the potential not only to secure the workforce, but also to create a new healthcare industry and to expand internationally. We believe that there are high expectations for the future of health management and the development of Japan's health care industry.
【Post EXPO Initiatives】
KIH is an integral part of corporate growth and the resolution of human resource issues.
We will use the Expo as an opportunity to accelerate the progress of KIH by holding future events so that more companies can learn about its value.
