EXPO2025 Theme Weeks

Programme details

In Japan, a super-aged society, the term “100-year-life era” has become widely known, but not many people realistically anticipate that they or their family members will live beyond 100 years.
By learning about the latest research on healthy aging, we hope you will understand that living to 100 years is becoming a realistic goal from both medical and scientific perspectives. By implementing strategies that suit you, we aim to help many people achieve a 'happy 100 years old.'

He received MD and PhD degrees in Keio University School of Medicine in Tokyo, Japan, and then moved to the United States. Since 2001, Professor Imai has been running his laboratory at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, leading the cutting-edge front of aging and NAD+/NMN biology.
