Reports

【Reflection】
The event allowed us to share information with business executives about Singapore as a business destination, specifically in the areas of advanced manufacturing. Guests from Yokogawa Electric and Azbil Corporation shared their real experiences with the audience, and it was a platform for meaningful exchange.
The pavilion event was a good platform for us to organise a business event and give participants a flavour of what doing business in Singapore would be like. Attendees appreciated being invited to the Expo, and enjoyed both our business event and visiting the other pavilions post-event.

We are thankful for the strong support of the Expo organising team and Singapore Tourism board team, and hope to be able to participate in similar events in teh future.

【Post EXPO Initiatives】
Following the positive outcomes and strong interest generated through this programme, we are committed to further strengthening our engagement with Japanese companies, particularly in the areas of advanced manufacturing, smart automation, and sustainability. We recognise the growing demand for collaboration in these domains and are actively exploring new partnership models and joint initiatives.

As part of our ongoing efforts, we plan to expand outreach through activities such as digital briefings, tailored site visits in Singapore, and sector-specific business matching sessions. These initiatives aim to provide potential investors and partners with deeper insights into Singapore’s manufacturing ecosystem and help accelerate their decision-making processes regarding market entry or expansion.

In addition, we will continue to amplify success stories from companies that have thrived in Singapore, showcasing their innovation journeys and how they have leveraged the region’s strategic advantages. The networks and visibility gained from Expo 2025 have positioned us to serve as a bridge between Japanese industry players and opportunities across Southeast Asia.

Looking ahead, we are committed to fostering sustained dialogue, promoting cross-border innovation, and reinforcing Singapore’s position as a hub for advanced, sustainable manufacturing in the region.
