Reports

●YOSHIDA KIMIE
【Reflection】
Although the theme was "The Convenience Store of the Future," we regret that we were not able to provide a concrete view of the world. In addition, there was some overlap in the information shared by the four speakers, and we feel that it would have been better if we had been able to coordinate this in advance as SEJ. Many of our clients and employees also viewed the presentation, including the archive, and we are grateful for this wonderful opportunity.

【Post EXPO Initiatives】
I think the most important thing is how we can increase opportunities for co-creation with many stakeholders. First of all, we will focus on each local issue in Japan and promote initiatives that will enable Seven-Eleven stores to become hubs for solving these issues.

【Reflection】
Through this presentation, I was able to take a fresh look at my own work and share our company’s vision with a wider audience. It was a meaningful and valuable experience. Thank you very much.
While some of our initiatives may not produce immediate results, sharing them reminded me of the importance of consistently communicating progress over time.
At the same time, I realized that I could have delivered the message in a more structured and accessible way. I will take this as a valuable lesson and apply it to future opportunities.

【Post EXPO Initiatives】
We were pleased to see that the presentation attracted more online viewers than expected, and the response afterward was overwhelmingly positive.
Now that we’ve shared our message, we are committed to following through—strengthening our collaboration with partners through continued product development.

●AKAZAWA TAICHI
【Reflection】
I feel it was very meaningful to have been able to share Seven-Eleven's vision for the future of its stores with so many people through this presentation. To gather more opinions from the market and customers about what they want from the convenience store of the future, and to earn their trust, I felt it was important to utilize and disseminate information through such opportunities even more than before.

【Post EXPO Initiatives】
I would like to share this archive with business partners who were unable to attend, to deepen their understanding of the future convenience store we envision. We also plan to disseminate information about our initiatives at the Expo store through various media outlets, to highlight the significance of our efforts to the world.
