【Reflection】
From Wednesday, June 11 to Friday, June 13, 2025, the 8th EDIX (Education Expo) Osaka was held at Intex Osaka.
Over 120 companies participated, showcasing products and services related to education, including educational ICT, teaching materials and content, school administration support, and human resource development.
A total of 5,253 attendees from schools, educational institutions, local governments, and companies primarily in western Japan visited the event, utilizing it as an opportunity to gather information, compare options, and engage in business matching with exhibitors to explore possibilities for adoption and collaboration.
During the event, 41 seminars and open classes were held on themes such as the digitalization of education, the use of generative AI, and improvements in the work of teachers and staff.
Case studies and initiatives from the field were introduced, providing an opportunity to learn about trends in the education industry and practical insights.
Additionally, networking and training sessions among educators were held, fostering active exchange of opinions and information sharing across different roles, creating connections among participants and generating new insights.
【Post EXPO Initiatives】
The next EDIX (Education Expo) is scheduled to be held from May 13 (Wed) to 15 (Fri), 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.
EDIX is held with the vision of “Weaving the Future of Education: A Starting Point for New Possibilities,” providing a place for everyone involved in education to connect and learn from each other.
The next event will also serve as a place for exchange across various sectors, including schools, educational institutions, local governments, and businesses, introducing diverse information and initiatives related to education.
At the venue, we will present cutting-edge information, including products, services, and advanced case studies from around the world, while fostering connections between people, products, and information. Additionally, through interactive exhibits that allow visitors to see, touch, and experience products and services, we will strive to help attendees visualize concrete scenarios for their application.
EDIX will continue to walk alongside the education field, serving as a starting point for creating a better future for education, alongside all of you.
