Programme details
Environmentally friendly sustainable development is one of the important elements in the concept of green economy. The government will continue to encourage industry players to apply sustainable principles in their economic activities. Especially by increasing supervision, recycling materials, managing waste, modifying existing equipment to be more environmentally friendly.
For example, SMEs Batik Zie from Semarang City, since 2011 has prioritized the manufacture of natural dye batik. They already have buyers from Singapore and Switzerland. According to Sasi, international market opportunities are wide open, because consumer preferences for environmentally friendly products continue to increase. Batik Zie's business commitment to prioritize the green economy is also realized by obtaining a green industry certificate. And Central Java still has other sustainable green products.
