Women x Health x Career In Part 2, a “talk session” will be held on the theme of creating the society and companies where people can be themselves regardless of their gender.
With a view to contributing to the revitalization of society and local communities, discussions will be held from a variety of perspectives, centering on those who are working in the Kansai region. Through these discussions, we aim at creating a change in consciousness of a culture in which each individual can work in their own way and with vigor and vitality.

In Part 2, a “talk session” will be held. Theme: Creation of the society and companies where people can be themselves regardless of their gender.
Three speakers from Osaka Kansai companies will discuss from various perspectives, and we would like to take this opportunity to promote women's activities and revitalization of the Kansai region by changing each person's awareness and behavior.

She has enjoyed networking activities that encourage women to work actively and positively, after she received the 2020 Osaka Sakuyahime Award.

Keita Emoto
OBAYASHI CORPORATION Manager, Osaka-Kansai EXPO Department
Joined Obayashi Corporation in 2009 as a building construction employee.
In 2021, he took his first 3-month childcare leave for his third child, and since then he started to be conscious of work-life balance.
In April 2024, he became a section chief of Osaka-Kansai Expo Department, and with the change of stage, he is searching for a sense of balance again.

Masako Tsukada
Leader, Kansai Research&Business Development Department
She joined ITOCHU Corporation in 1995, and in 2004 became the first woman to become an executive member of a labor union in a general trading company. Through this experience, she studied coaching and made it her life's work to help people "live their own lives. Since 2013, she has been working at her current position, supporting top management in their business activities and assisting in creating new businesses.

Over 21 years on the global energy industry, joined Obayashi in 2024, with a mission to grow the Green Energy division globally. She grew up in Japan, South Africa, Singapore, and US and has a PhD from Stanford University in Geophysics.
